Direct Discharge Vibrating Screen is also called inline vibrating screen, divided into single and double vibration source, single vibration source to the material, mainly produce up and down vibration, does not have automatic discharge function, double vibration source can produce vortex movement on the screen surface, with automatic discharge function, mainly used in the powder production line process of powder removal, sieve loose.
The principle of action of Direct Discharge Vibrating Screen is that the two sets of eccentric blocks (unbalanced eccentric blocks) at the upper and lower ends of the vibrating motor shaft change the rotating motion of the vibrating motor into the overlapping of multiple forces of horizontal, vertical, inclined and centrifugal action, and then transfer this force to the screen surface. Changing the phase angle and weight of the upper and lower eccentric blocks can change the size of the excitation force and the running trajectory of the material.
