The screw conveyor produced by Henan Yuanzhen Machinery is divided into two types of horizontal screw conveyor and vertical screw conveyor from the perspective of conveying material displacement direction, which is suitable for conveying powder, granular and small lump materials, such as: cement, coal powder, grain, fertilizer, ash, slag, sand, etc. It is not suitable for conveying materials that are easy to deteriorate, sticky and lumpy.
Screw conveyor is generally composed of three major parts: conveyor body, golden outlet and driving device. The body is composed of first section, middle section and tail section. In the first section is equipped with a thrust bearing to bear the axial force, in the middle section and tail section is equipped with bearings to support the spiral shaft, in addition, in the tail section is also equipped with radial bearings that can move axially to compensate for the error of the spiral shaft length and adapt to temperature changes.
Each spiral shaft is connected with flange type to improve the interchangeability of the coupling shaft and facilitate maintenance. There are double shaftless and single shaftless screw conveyors according to the different needs.
1. High efficiency conveying: small diameter, high speed, variable pitch spiral body design, to ensure smooth, fast and uniform feeding of products in the working process. 2. Random arrangement: The shell of the conveyor is made of high quality seamless steel pipe connected to the whole through the flange sections, with good overall rigidity, which can be continuously conveyed both horizontally and at a large inclination angle, and can be directly connected and fixed with its supporting equipment, without foundation foundation, making full use of space, and very convenient for moving and disassembling.
3. Reliable sealing: reliable lubrication and sealing without leakage, not only no waste of materials, but also create a good working environment.
4. Diversified coupling: the inlet and outlet can be connected by universal joint, cloth bag and flange, and can also be combined with the butterfly valve and insert valve produced by our factory.
