The new PX-CP50 SmartCapper all-in-one capper is rated at 40-45 caps per minute to match the filling machine. It uses a four-wheel linear capping station for cap tightening. The starting point for the design of this equipment is to cap and fill different types of bottles. In front of it, a single-head linear piston paste filling machine is used. Any bottle type can be filled. After filling, people place the caps manually, and the four-wheel capping machine is driven by two motors to rotate in opposite directions, which makes it possible to adapt to all bottle types. Considering the manual placement of the lid, this machine will be slower, but considering the strong adaptability, the capacity will be forgotten, it is a favorite of many processing plants.
