The screw press screen is an important part of the screw press, which plays a key role in the whole solid-liquid separation process. The screw press screen has the function of continuous dehydration, which can effectively realize the solid-liquid separation of materials.

The working process is as follows:
First, the water-containing material enters the screw pressure screen through the feed end of the screw press. Under the action of gravity, the larger liquid particles in the material will first be discharged through the screen to complete the initial dehydration.
The rotating screw then exerts pressure on the material, further squeezing out more liquid. In this pressing process, the water in the material will continue to be lost, and eventually form a relatively dry solid material.
 After pressing dehydration, these dehydrated solid materials will be discharged from the discharge end of the screw press. This continuous press and discharge process ensures the stability of the entire solid-liquid separation process.
