WINDRYThe Screw Vacuum Pump is an engineering marvel, crafted with two expertly paralleled screw rotors housed within a robust pump body, forming multiple securely sealed spaces. The intricate design ensures that neither rotor & rotor nor rotor & pump body make contact, maintaining a minuscule clearance that eliminates friction and wear. Driven by reverse gears, the pump guarantees a seamless flow of gas, channeling it continuously from the inlet to the outlet with unerring precision.
Thanks to the friction-free operation between the rotors and the pump body, lubrication oil becomes obsolete, allowing for the conveyance of clean gas. The streamlined gas transfer path is short and efficient, situated lower than the screw rotors for enhanced drainage capability. This makes maintenance a breeze, without the need for intermediate bulkheads, commonly found in claw and rotor vacuum pumps. The result is superior exhaust and drainage performance, ensuring easy upkeep and robust reliability.
