WINDRYThe Screw Vacuum Pump is an engineering marvel featuring two precision-engineered parallel screw rotors housed within the pump body, creating multiple sealed chambers. These rotors and the pump body maintain an exquisite minuscule clearance, ensuring no contact or friction. Driven by reverse gears, this design allows for a continuous, smooth transfer of gas from the inlet to the outlet, maximizing operational efficiency.
With no friction between the rotors and the pump body, lubrication oil is unnecessary, ensuring a pristine gas output. The continuous transfer process, combined with a short passageway, yields high efficiency. The outlet is strategically positioned lower than the screw rotors, enhancing drainage and cleaning ease. Removing the intermediate bulkhead streamlines maintenance, offering superior exhaust and drainage capabilities compared to claw and rotor vacuum pumps.
