WINDRYThe Screw Vacuum Pump is ingeniously engineered with two paralleled screw rotors and a pump body, forming multiple sealed spaces. The rotor-to-rotor and rotor-to-pump body clearances are meticulously maintained at minuscule levels, ensuring no touch, no friction. This innovative design allows for seamless gas transfer from the inlet to the outlet, driven by reverse gears.
Thanks to the frictionless design between the rotors and the pump body, lubrication oil is unnecessary, allowing the delivery of uncontaminated, clean gas. The continuous transfer of gas via a short passageway guarantees high efficiency. The strategic placement of the outlet hole below the screw rotors enhances drainage capabilities, making cleaning effortless. Unlike claw and rotor vacuum pumps with intermediate bulkheads, this design offers superior exhaust and drainage, ensuring easy maintenance.
