Product Description
The Heavy Sweep Auger is primarily designed to accomplish silo clearance operation when the condition of material bonding is relatively mild. Bulk materials like soybean are likely to cause material bridging in their storage, forming a huge and high "wall" inside of the silo. At this time, the materials are less likely to flow naturally in the unloading operation. Equipments are usually needed to assist manual clearance, which still requires people to enter the silo. This operation is accompanied with extreme risk, threatening personal safety. Based on the demand of a safe production environment, Hongrui designs products like heavy sweep auger which prevent risks caused by manual clearance in the silo, creating an automated material storage and unloading environment.
The Heavy Sweep Auger is an augmented equipment against materials bonding on the basis of double screw winch sweep auger. The Heavy Sweep Auger is more powerful in breaking the compaction, achieving the task with more efficient performance. The motor rated power of the equipment reaches 75kw. The effectiveness of this product has been verified in harsh working environment of our clients.
