4303-1006-00154303 Series Steel, MOD 0.8 Pinion Gear (6mm D-Bore, 15 Tooth)Being steel, these pinion gears provide greater overall strength (as compared to brass or aluminum) ,If you're using a motor with a 6mm D-shaft as an output, or you have built your project using 6mm D-shafts as the axles, these D-bore gears match the shaft profile in order to create a positive drive between the shaft and the gear. This MOD 0.8 pinion gear, while aesthetically unique compared to the larger pinion gears, will operate the same.  Due to the small overall diameter, the set screw hole has been machined through the teeth to maximize the number of threads engaged with the set screw. While this gear is compatible with any MOD 0.8 gear, it's most common partner is a 105 tooth hub gear.  This combo will create a 7:1 ratio, underdrive or overdrive depending on whether you're set out to increase the speed or maximize torque.

4303-1006-00204303 Series Steel, MOD 0.8 Pinion Gear (6mm D-Bore, 20 Tooth)Being steel, these pinion gears provide greater overall strength (as compared to brass or aluminum) ,If you're using a motor with a 6mm D-shaft as an output, or you have built your project using 6mm D-shafts as the axles, these D-bore gears match the shaft profile in order to create a positive drive between the shaft and the gear. This 20 tooth 6mm D-bore pinion gear perfectly matches our 6mm D-shafting to create a positive drive.  This particular gear is able to be meshed with a 100 tooth hub gear spaced 48mm away for a 5:1 ratio on channel.  If your build provides the freedom to adjust the spacing between your gears, it's able to mesh to any MOD 0.8 gear that suits your fancy.

4303-1006-00244303 Series Steel, MOD 0.8 Pinion Gear (6mm D-Bore, 24 Tooth)Being steel, these pinion gears provide greater overall strength (as compared to brass or aluminum) ,If you're using a motor with a 6mm D-shaft as an output, or you have built your project using 6mm D-shafts as the axles, these D-bore gears match the shaft profile in order to create a positive drive between the shaft and the gear. This 24 tooth, MOD 0.8 gear will mate with any MOD 0.8 gear.  However when building on pattern, the most common partner for this gear is a 96 tooth hub gear.  This combo will create a 4:1 ratio, underdrive or overdrive depending on whether you're set out to increase the speed or maximize torque.Notice the counterbore on the top side of the gear - this allows you to run right up against a 6mm bearing without the use of a shim!

4303-1006-00304303 Series Steel, MOD 0.8 Pinion Gear (6mm D-Bore, 30 Tooth)Being steel, these pinion gears provide greater overall strength (as compared to brass or aluminum) ,If you're using a motor with a 6mm D-shaft as an output, or you have built your project using 6mm D-shafts as the axles, these D-bore gears match the shaft profile in order to create a positive drive between the shaft and the gear. This 30 tooth 6mm D-bore pinion gear perfectly matches our 6mm D-shafting to create a positive drive.  This particular gear is able to be meshed with a 90 tooth hub gear spaced 48mm away for a 3:1 ratio, or, it can mate to another 30 tooth gear to create a very compact 1:1 ratio only 24mm apart!  If your build provides the freedom to adjust the spacing between your gears, it's able to mesh to any MOD 0.8 gear that suits your fancy.  Notice the counterbore on the top side of the gear - this allows you to run right up against a 6mm bearing without the use of a shim!
