Tire use should pay attention to the following problems
(1) When replacing tires, if the tread edge is not in place, the inflation pressure should not exceed 40 psi; after the tread edge is fully in place, the inflation pressure should not exceed the maximum atmospheric pressure marked on the tread side.

(2) When installing a tire with a blank holder, the bead should be facing the wall or in the direction of no one.

(3) Do not mix tires of different specifications and structures on the axle.

(4) Remove debris and other materials stuck in the tire surface in time to avoid damage to the tread.

(5) Use a valve that matches the tire and rim, and keep the valve cap constantly covered to prevent sediment from entering. The general principle of using valves is: new tires must use new valves; rubber valves are used for iron rims and tires of S and H grades; metal valves are used for aluminum alloy rims and tires of VR and ZR grades.

(6) Understand the repairable area of the tire and repair it in time if any problems are found. Once the area to be repaired exceeds the repairable area of the tire, the repair should be abandoned and replaced with a new tire.

(7) It is necessary to pay attention to the wear marks, and the tire pattern depth is recommended to be kept above 3.2mm (cars can be slightly lower than this value, but not less than 2.4mm). Friends who often drive on the highway should pay special attention to this.

(8) To prevent uneven tire wear, the front wheel alignment needs to be checked frequently.

(9) Under normal circumstances, the tire pressure can be controlled slightly lower in summer and appropriately higher in winter. In actual use, it needs to be adjusted according to the load of the car.

(10) Driving in midsummer should increase the number of stops, often stop to check the tires and understand the tire temperature changes. If you find that the tires are hot, immediately park them in the shade of the roadside to rest, which can not only cool the tires naturally, but also reduce the fatigue of the tires. Check the tire temperature by touching the carcass directly with the back of your hand. If you feel the carcass is hot, according to experience, the outer tire temperature has reached about 65'C, while the inner tire temperature is close to the critical temperature. The vehicle cannot continue to drive, otherwise it will cause the tire to burst. If the back of your hand feels hot, it means that the tire working temperature is normal and you can continue to drive.

3) all semi-finished tires are inspected 100%, qualified rate is almost 100%. This is seldom in China.

4)There are 5 times inspection for each tyre, including appearance test,X-ray test, dynamic test and so on.

Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: The MOQ is 20GP. Less quantity will not be recommended, which will take more shipping freight and increase the business extra cost!

Mix different sizes in one container is acceptable for us.

Q: What's your payment terms?

A: 30% TT deposit, the balance should be paid before delivery.

Q: Can you provide samples for test before we place order?

A: If you need ,we can provide samples at lower cost for testing before order placed.
