The chlorine dioxide generator is an environmentally friendly chemical chlorine dioxide multi-stage generator suitable for environmental disinfection, food bleaching, etc.
The generator consists of a kettle reactor through an acid-resistant conduit and a water jet vacuum unit. The kettle reactor adopts a two-stage or multi-stage reactor. The main reactor is equipped with an air distributor, and the secondary reactor is equipped with a balance tube. Make the reaction more complete, and the residual liquid after the reaction can reach the standard for discharge. Hydrochloric acid and sodium chlorate are quantitatively injected into the reaction kettle. When the reaction kettle is heated, a chemical reaction occurs to generate chlorine dioxide and chlorine gas, which are then inhaled through the water ejector and added to the disinfected water body.
