Working Principle
The crawler coconut blanching machine is composed of stainless steel water tank, stainless steel baffle, crawler, steam heating interface, cleaning port, water outlet, motor, cooling spray head, temperature control unit, etc. The materials are added into the blanching tank from the inlet. Driven by the moving shoe belt, the materials move slowly to the outlet after blanching and sterilization with high-temperature water. After the materials are discharged from the blanching tank, they are sprayed with cold water to cool down and then discharged from the blanching machine.
