1. Raw Material Processing Section
Immerse yourself in the intricate art of autoclaved aerated coagulation production. Here, we expertly process the finest raw materials like sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) to perfection.
This critical section is devoted to the meticulous processing and organized storage of our key raw materials, ensuring quality and consistency.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section forms the core of our operations, propelling the creation of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision.
Here, we masterfully forge the vital steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. Both manual and automatic hanging mesh techniques are employed, alongside an effortless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the powerhouse of our production line, pivotal for crafting top-notch autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with the utmost care.
Here, the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates is meticulously crafted. We utilize both manual and automatic mesh hanging, further enhanced by the seamless automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold-loaded billet body undergoes expert demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, supported by the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the final product with accuracy.
The ground turning table plays an essential role in deftly removing and recycling corner waste, finishing the cut body with impeccable precision.
After waste removal, the blank body is managed with precision by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring optimal results every time.
5. Autoclaving Section
With unmatched precision, the assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining constant pressure to guarantee flawless outcomes.
Once the products are cured, they are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, ready to meet the highest standards.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed with precision. They are then conveyed to the storage yard using our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they are ready for the world.
