The poly-vee wheel is strategically positioned at the roller's end, effectively separating the drive and conveying areas, thereby
ensuring seamless conveying with a high speed (up to a remarkable 120m/min) and minimal noise levels.
2. Smooth and Reliable Operation
Precision ball bearings, Polyamide bearing housings, and end caps combine to provide an exceptionally quiet operation.
3. Superior Dust and Water Resistance
Ingenious end cap design safeguards the bearings against dust and moisture.
4. Sturdy and Durable Construction
To secure the bearing housing, ball bearing, and seal against displacement, the housing undergoes a sophisticated necking
treatment in addition to being pressed into the tube.
5. Enhanced Loading Capacity
The DP2250 Series poly-vee roller effectively addresses the loading limitations of traditional 'O-Belt' rollers.
6. ISO9982 PJ series poly-vee. Featuring 9 grooves with a precise 2.34mm pitch.
7. Versatile Temperature Range: -5ºC to 40ºC
