Product Description:
VMADE CNC new new design fiber laser cleaners combines light weight, easy operation, high-efficiency cleaning, non-contact, and non-polluting. It is used for rust cleaning of cast iron and carbon steel, stainless steel, oil cleaning of mold gears, aluminum plate, stainless steel. The oxide of the paint has a smooth surface and does not damage the base metal.
Rust cleaning laser is a high-tech new generation product for surface cleaning.
Fast and concentrated pulse with a high power impact and vaporizes the residue on the surface;
The laser pulse is very suitable for the removal of organic substances, such as dirt remaining on the tire mold; Short-term impact does not warm the metal surface and does not damage the substrate.

It is suitable for the cleaning of the rust layer, thick-layer paint, deep oil stain, rough surface and weld cleaning, which will affect the surface of the substrate. The efficiency is very high.
1) Laser Rust Removal: Laser light can easily remove rust, after removal, the surface is restored to a bright metallic color or restoration of original base color.
2) Laser Oil Removal: Metal surface oil cleaning (can remove oxide film at the same time)
3) Laser Paint Removal: removes various paints including auto duco on various substrates and automobiles
4) Stripping coating (galvanized layer, aluminised layer, protective coating, etc.)
5) Removal of aluminium alloy, titanium alloy, copper alloy oxide film
6) Pre-Weld Pretreatments: After laser cleaning pretreats the aluminium alloy, the welding porosity defects are effectively suppressed
