This series of slant bed CNC lathes are high-precision, high-efficiency slant bed automated machine tools, equipped with advanced configurations such as multi-station servo or power turrets, capable of processing straight cylinders, oblique cylinders, arcs and various threads, and can process complex workpieces such as worms. It has the characteristics of simple programming, reliable structure, convenient operation and high degree of automation. It is a high-efficiency CNC processing equipment commonly used in the field of processing oil pipes and other pipe fittings.
Features:
1. The spindle has a large bore and high passability. The front and rear double pneumatic chucks hold the workpiece stably and have high processing efficiency.
2. The whole bed is cast by resin sand technology. After aging treatment, it has beautiful appearance, good rigidity and high precision.
3. High-quality scraper plates are used to prevent guide rails from being scratched. The guide rail surface uses plastic, which has good wear resistance and high precision.
4. A 45° inclined bed and high-frequency quenching hard rails are used to ensure the stability and precision of high-intensity cutting.
