This series is mainly designed with double spindle structure for processing oil cylinder, piston, guide sleeve, movable column and piston rod parts in hydraulic and coal machinery industries. Equipped with advanced CNC system, it can interpolate straight line, oblique line and arc (turning cylinder face, turning surface, spherical surface, and conical surface) and turning straight, tapered metric or inch thread.

•Convenient and efficient clamping: For example, CK61160YG×3000 can clamp the cylinder workpiece at one time, and realize the full sequence of hydraulic chuck clamping, center frame hydraulic movement and support clamping, and tailstock hydraulic top clamping through CNC control, which greatly improves the processing efficiency.
 

 •Wide range of processing: The processing diameter ranges from Φ50-550mm, and the length ranges from 500-4000mm, which can meet the processing needs of cylinders of different sizes.

•Diverse processing shapes: Equipped with an advanced CNC system, it can interpolate straight lines, oblique lines, and arcs, and can turn cylindrical surfaces, revolving surfaces, spherical surfaces, and conical surfaces. It can also turn straight and conical metric and imperial threads to meet the complex shape requirements in cylinder processing.
