Stainless Steel Filter
This stainless steel filter is made of SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel material, ensuring corrosion-resistant durability and a long lifespan. The filter plates feature a screw thread structure, allowing for easy changing of filtering media, such as filter membrane for aseptic filtration. Users can adjust the number of layers to suit production needs, enhancing efficiency.
The machine is sealed with silicone rubber seals, providing high-temperature resistance, nontoxic properties, and excellent sealing performance. It can be equipped with an automatic liquid return device for added convenience. The surface of the filter is polished, includes seals, and is typically used with an S.S. feeding pump in industries like oils, laboratory, fine chemicals, medicine, food, and cosmetics.
The structure of the filter is designed for fine filtering, utilizing two-sided trawl doors for return washing processing. It ensures solid-liquid separation by filtering suspensions through the membrane or other filter layers, discharging filtrate while retaining residues within the plate and frame room.
