CKB /CKBP /CKBJ series CNC lathe is suitable for processing various shat, sleeve and disc parts with complex shapes, Such as turning inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, arc surfaces, end surfaces, grooving, chamfering, threading, etc.Structural features:
1.The 1000-5000 specification machine bed is an integralone-piece structure, more than or equal to 6000 specification machine bed is two-pieces.
2.The width of the guideway is 600mm. The guideway surface is quenched by intermediate frequency hardening (hardness is 68 " Shore) and precision ground by imported guideway grinder, it is high rigidity, good anti-vibration, and durable.
3. The rigidity of the main spindle box structure is strong, it can perform heavy cutting processing.
4. There are two kinds of spindle through-hole diameters: Ø100 andØ140.
5, The main sliding guideway is covered with TSF soft tape, the friction coefficient is reduced and the servo response performance is improved.
6,Axis-X and Z adopt precision ball screw, automatically lubricated by an automatic lubrication system, ensures high processing accuracy, positioning accuracy,and accuracy retention.
