Diamond cubic press / HPHT Diamond making machine part
Forging HPHT cubic press is also called as synthetic diamond making machine, which can realize the production of diamond single crystal diamond, lab grown diamond, diamond powder, composite sheet, etc. The spare parts including the anvil, the steel guide support rings, piston cylinders, cylinder beams, small plate and big plates are all comsumable parts, requiring high strength, good technique processes of heat treatments to ensure its stable enough for diamond making.
The full-forged cylinder beam of our synthetic diamond manufacturing machine has a long life and a five-year warranty.
Quality Control:
1. Inspecting apparatus and equipment are tested and supervised by relevant national departments on a regular basis.
2. We conduct physical and chemical inspection to raw materials.
3. All links in production are examined and properly reported.
4. We conduct loading examination to the packaging which should be applicable to rust prevention and shipment.
5. We carry out random inspection to products in the storage.
6. Each step of inspection is recorded in both image and written form.
