This tape use polyimide film as backing,one side or both side coated high performance silicone pressure sensitive adhesive,widely used in electronic and electric industry,circuit board manufacturing industry,has the advantages of high temperature resistance,high tensile strength,chemical resistance,no residues,halogen free,comply with RoHS,33M-1000M.
