We specialize in the comprehensive manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of equipment for a paper-faced gypsum board production line, boasting an impressive annual output ranging from 2 to 80 million square meters. The paper gypsum board equipment is meticulously crafted, comprising the raw material supply system, board making system, conveying system, cutting system, turning plate, transverse system, drying system, board out system, sheet and cutting system, and edge sealing and stacking system. Here's an overview of the main production process:
1,Paper Supply System:
2,Gypsum Powder Supply System: The core of the powder supply includes an impeller feeder, electronic belt scale, and related measuring and feeding system.
3,Mixing System: Featuring a vertical mixer made from wear-resistant stainless steel, this system significantly enhances durability and longevity. Building gypsum, modified starch, coagulant, and other raw materials are meticulously measured, mixed into the spiral mixer, and consistently fed into the vertical mixer.
4, Foaming Agent System: Utilizing a dynamic and static combined foaming system, this setup creates uniform and stable foam, which is integrated into the vertical mixer. This process effectively reduces the weight of the paper gypsum board and enhances its thermal insulation properties.
5, Board Type Forming System: Our state-of-the-art molding machine can produce paper gypsum boards with a thickness of 7-25mm and a width of 1100-1300mm, accommodating a main line speed of 0-120m/min. The finely adjustable upper and lower molding boards ensure precise thickness control, while the upgraded feed end automates slurry distribution and includes an automatic gluing process. This system features automatic glue liquid detection, broken paper detection, and guarantees high-standard board thickness, significantly improving gypsum board quality.
6, Conveying System: The newly formed gypsum board belt is smoothly transported by the solidifying belt machine to the cutting machine, where it is cut to the set length. The waste board is then removed, and the qualified board is sent to the dryer for the next stage.
7,Cutting System: Our servo cutting machine ensures precise length cutting, minimizing gypsum plate loss and enhancing efficiency.
8,Drying System: This core part of the production line critically affects the final product's quality and energy consumption. We offer technologies like thermal oil drying, hot air drying, and direct drying. We analyze customer requirements and recommend the optimal solution based on local fuel conditions.
9,Edge Cutting and Sealing System: The trimming machine cuts sheets to the required size, the stacker organizes them, and they are transported by a forklift to the warehouse for inspection and storage. Waste is automatically pulverized and recycled back into the powder system, maximizing resource utilization and reducing production costs.
10,Control System:
The plant's control systems include pulp preparation and forming control, cut-off control, wet plate delivery control, dryer control, product treatment control, and an optional computer station for line monitoring. The electrical control system is divided into four main sections: pulp and forming station, wet plate delivery control, dry station, and product treatment station.
