Machine Introduction

 
This machine tool is a kind of special - purpose machine tool. It is designed to process the center holes of workpieces by integrating the functions of sawing and drilling. This kind of machine tool can complete two processes, sawing and drilling, in one setup, improving the processing efficiency and accuracy. It is mainly used in the manufacturing industry, such as in the production of shafts, gears and other parts, to provide accurate positioning and support for the subsequent processing of workpieces.

Machining Functions:

Conventional round steel shaft machining requires.

1. First cut the material with a sawing machine.

2. Milling end face to center hole or center drive double head lathe to center hole.

3.Lathe machining of external rounds.

4.Reverse turnaround processing of the outer circle, through the existing machine tool will be four processes, Sawing and Drilling Composite Center - Hole Lathe  can be directly changed into two processes, can be completed, so that the processing process completely breaks the traditional processing methods, shorten the processing process, improve product stability and processing efficiency.

 


Processing Step

1.Placement of 6-meter round steel bundles in the loading rack.

2.Enter the desired length of the workpiece, the machining requirements and the number of workpieces.

3.A single piece of material is pushed from the side through the material channel directly into the left spindle bore to clamp the workpiece.;

4.The saw head guide moves down to start cutting the end face.

5.Once this is done, the saw head is moved to the center of the center drill power head and the workpiece to start punching the center hole;.

6.Upon completion, the left side chuck is released and the left side feeding mechanism feeds the material out of the spindle to clamp the workpiece according to the dimensions;...

7.After completion, the saw head guide moves downward and starts cutting the end face, while the manipulator grasps the workpiece and completes the splicing work.

8.After cutting, the cut material will be fed into the right spindle for machining through the robot, reversing the center hole and turning the outer circle.

9.Upon completion, the workpiece is removed by the robot and placed in the designated bin to enter the next cycle.

Note:During machining, all cutting data is checked using data to ensure automation stability.
