Type1 Tester

As shown in the figure, the names of the various parts of our tester are clearly displayed here. From the main structure to the subtle accessories, each part has its own specific function and role. Humanized design and accurate measurement
The power switch design is very humanized and practical. When used with a wire, it can be pushed upward, at which time the power is switched on and the tester begins to operate, providing stable power support for various test operations. In the case of wireless use, you can flip down the power switch to open the wireless test mode to meet the test requirements in different scenarios. If the power switch does not move, it means that it is in the off state, ensuring that the device will not consume excess power when not in use, and also increasing the safety of the device. The product also has real-time dynamic display function, by accurately measuring the cp signal of the charging pile motherboard and the resistance of the charging gun, users can know the real-time status of the charging pile in the first time. Whether it is charging power, voltage stability or other key parameters, it can be clearly presented in front of the user. The silver plated guide pin is used in the connection part, which greatly improves the accuracy of data transmission. *Usage method:
1. Insert the charging gun, and the display does not light up
2.Press S1, S2 switch, then the display light up, according to the table data, judge whether the charging pile motherboard is normal
3.Resistance is to measure the resistance inside the charging gun. The resistance value is different when the charging gun button is pressed and when the charging gun button is not pressed
4.Voltmeter and ammeter are used to measure whether the charging line is short circuit and there is no power output
*Attention to use
1.The installation master does not have 220V power supply for on-site installation. The charging pile tester is designed without a power supply, and the power supply is taken from the charging pile.In this case, only when the charging pile is energized,the tester display can light up. The display will not light up without power on the charging pile
2.Voltmeter and ammeter are used to measure whether the charging line is short circuit and there is no power output
Advantages | No power supply is required, and other data can be fully measured when the main board of the charging pile is normally energized |
Disadvantages | When detecting the charging pile, it can only be used normally when the S1 and S2 switches are closed at the same time, and the measurement is not comprehensive when the main board of the charging pile is broken |

*Usage method:
1. Insert the three plugs into the 220V power supply, and then the two displays will light up
2. Insert the charging gun into the front port of the tester
3.Turn on S1 switch to see CP voltage change (indicator model does not have this function)
4.Turn on S2 switch to see CP voltage change (indicator model does not have this function); After completing the above steps,the charging pile also starts to work, there is a voltage output,and the data can be seen on our circular display
5. lf you need to output with load, just plug the electrical appliance into the output socket. (Output socket rated power is16A)
6. Press the button on the charging gun, you can see the change of the ohmmeter, so as to judge whether the charging gun is bad or the current is wrong (the indicator model does not have this function)
*Attention to use
1.For charging pile manufacturers, since there is 220V power supply on site, the tester is directly designed to use external 220V power supply. When the charging gun is inserted, the CP voltage displays about 12V.Press S1 and S2, corresponding to the data in the details page,judge whether the charging pile motherboard is good.
2.Resistance is to measure the resistance in the charging gun,the resistance value is 7 types when pressing the charging gun button and not pressing the charging gun button, but also refer to the table in the details page, voltmeter and ammeter are used to measure whether the charging line is broken and there is no power output
