Q1: How long is your warranty? What does your warranty include?
A1: One year. Within one year, we will replace the spare parts which are non-man made damage except the wearing parts. After the guarantee, we will offer the spare parts at EXW price and we will supply lifelong consulting services.KUKO's Technical Service Team is committed to ensuring your packaging machinery continues production at optimum efficiency with the least amount of downtime. Q2: What is the temperature can be set in the shrink tunnel? Will the high temperature in the oven damage the package?
A2: It is 0-300ºC. No, because the packages go through the shrink tunnel quickly, and we detected the temperature of the film surface. It is about 38-45ºC. Our machines are widely used for packing ice cream, chocolate, vegetables, aerosol cans and frozen products which requires a low temperature.
Q3: Do you have any Quality Certification for your machines?
A3:Yes. We can provide the CE, SGS, ISO, UL or CSA approved machines.
Q4: Is it easy to operate of your machine?
A4:Yes. Under the condition of ensuring safe transportation, we will not disassemble the machine very much, so that it can be easier to install and debug after you receive our equipment. Meanwhile we have detailed and professional manual and operation videos in English, so that it will be easy to install and use the machine.
Q5:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A5:We have well-trained and professional workers and strict QC system in each production line. And each product has to be 100% inspected before shipment.
Q6: What's your delivery time?
