Electric Linkage Telescopic Mast

The Linkage Telescopic Mast is driven by trapezoidal screw, which makes the lifting and lowering process smooth and reliable, and has the function of self-locking at any position.

The Linkage Telescopic Mast adopts square or round cross-section pole, with good guiding, good bending and torsion resistance of the mast.

Each section of the rod realizes linkage structure, short lifting and lowering time, can be operated by electric power, manual operation, and convenient hand cranking.

There is a precision positioning mechanism when lifting and lowering. Eliminate the gap of the rod body, which can ensure that the swing and torsion of the rod body in place can be minimized.

Sealant sealing is used between each jointed rod, and the lift rod has good waterproof, sandproof and iceproof performance. Each section of the pole is protected by a coating layer inside and outside, and the outer surface is protected by a paint layer, so it has good three-proof performance for long-term work in the field.

The lifting pole is equipped with wire frame, hand crank and other accessories, and the position of the hand crank can be determined according to the user's first use.

The position of the hand crank can be customized according to the user's first use, and the mounting size of the upper and lower end flanges can be customized according to the user's requirements.


Electric Step-By-Step Mast

The electric step-by-step mast is a high-precision electric lifting mast independently developed by our factory. It is realized by the screw and connecting sleeve on the locking mechanism to lift the mast section by section sequentially, and at any height with self-locking function. Through the control system and the inductor control of the number of turns of the motor to achieve high-precision control of the lifting height of the lifting bar, abandoning the pneumatic lifting mast and wire rope-pulled lifting mast on the lifting height of the control of the inaccurate, large error shortcomings. In order to get better directional stability, the factory chooses four-bar guiding cylinder. In the absence of electricity, the lift can be realized by manual operation.

This series of products are made of high-strength aluminum alloy tubes, the surface of which is hard anodized, so that the tubes get high hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, making the surface more beautiful.
