1. Are you the manufacturer?
Yes, we are a manufacturer, we are a factory specializing in producing aluminum yachts fishing boats, and trailers.
2. Where is your factory?
Our factory is located in Wangtai Industrial Park,Jiaonan,Qingdao,Shandong,China.
3. What types of ships are in your company?
Allheart Marine had successively developed 3-24m cruisers, pioneers, fisher, and sailing series which includes more than 60 models, such as work boats, passenger ferry landing craft, and luxury yachts. Representative ones: 19m pilot boats, patrol boats, passenger and cargo landing crafts, 38 knots high-speed passenger ferry, and leading sales one fishing boat.
4. Do you have to pass the EU certification of your boats?
YES, we have passed.
5. How to inspect the quality of our products?
Quality is the root of everything. From design to production, to delivery, we are strict with ourselves, to provide the best quality and service for customers, We may not be perfect, but we go on the road to perfection.
6. How to produce a new model for customers?
We have experienced excellent designers, if customers want a new design boat, customers need to provide drawings and requirements of the boat, and our engineers make 3D pictures to show the customer.
7. What about size and colors?
All the boat's sizes and colors can be customized.
8. What are your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
9. How about your delivery time?
Generally, it will take 45 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
10. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, we have to test before delivery.
