3:  Feature

-The combustion tube control method is unique to BK and adopts the NO/OFF control method. When the temperature reaches and stops ignition, ignition and heating can be carried out if the temperature is insufficient.

 

-Gas zero pressure combustion technology, no temperature surge, safe, and low energy consumption.

 

-Integrated control method, all operations of the tunnel oven can be completed on the touch screen. Fault display, combustion tube status display, temperature control of each temperature zone, gas leakage alarm, etc. are all controlled or displayed by the touch screen, making the operation simpler.

 

-High temperature resistant exhaust fan, with unique design from BK, is equipped with separate exhaust fans for each temperature zone to timely exhaust the exhaust gas from the oven outdoors without extracting pressure from the oven, avoiding the discharge of heat energy from the oven, which is more energy-saving.

 

-Flame reflector, originally created by BK, adopts Japanese far infrared radiation; Infrared technology quickly penetrates heat energy into the product area, and the product is baked both inside and outside. The baking time is short, saving time and energy by over 15%

 

-The combustion tube, originally created by BK and adopting Japanese technology, is made of high-temperature resistant material with six row hole design, ensuring full combustion of gas and forming infrared thermal wave length

 

-Insulation material is made of high-quality aluminum silicate fiber insulation cotton produced by domestic first-class factories. With our exclusive technology, we first reflect some of the heat back, and then add high-quality insulation cotton. The insulation effect is very good, achieving better energy-saving effects. It has been used for many years and has repeatedly verified its quality. Density 128 ± 8KG/m ³.

 

 

-Touch screen, French Schneider, program controlled, user-friendly design, with 30 product memory modes. All signals are detected and processed by the PLC system, and when a fault occurs, the gas source is automatically cut off and displayed on the touch screen, truly achieving safety monitoring of the entire machine.

 

-PLC integrated control, using temperature module signal control, can achieve three sets of program control systems: over temperature, insulation, and energy-saving in temperature control. It can automatically start energy-saving during idle intervals of the equipment, saving energy.

 

-Air volume protection device and wind pressure interlocking protection ensure sufficient combustion of oxygen in the combustion tube, preventing insufficient oxygen from causing incomplete combustion, leading to excessive carbon monoxide.

 

-Gas safety leak detection system, strong suction sampling box with gas collection seat. When the gas concentration exceeds the standard, it will automatically alarm and cut off the gas source and power supply. It is a protective barrier for safety production. After years of use, the quality has been repeatedly verified.

 

-Micro hot air circulation system (optional), adding a local micro hot air circulation system on top of conventional tunnel oven. If users use molds to bake products, such as toast, burgers, sliced cakes, etc., the circulating air will improve the baking uniformity, the surface color and taste of the products will also be improved, and the baking time will be reduced, which is also very helpful for saving energy. This improvement is effective for any product, not limited to products with molds. Also, it can be turned off when not in use.

 

-The automatic oven shutdown system can be activated after the product is baked and off duty. In the absence of personnel, the exhaust fan, supply fan, and conveyor track motor will automatically shut down and stop working after a delay of 30 minutes, reducing labor waste.
