Cold Applied Tape for Pipeline
Polyethylene Cold Applied Tape for Underground Pipeline Comparable to Denso Quality 3 layer
T100 is inner wrap tape;T200 is outer wrap tape.
Anti corrosion tape-Inner Layer Tape T100/T200 is two ply polyethylene (PE) anti-corrosion self-adhesive tapes. It is cold applied tape coating systems for corrosion protection of Water, Oil and Gas Pipelines. The anti corrosion tape T100 is engineered to assure a high bond to the primed surface with excellent conformability characteristics. Its application should after Primer and before Mechanical Protection Outer Layer. T100/T200 Anti-corrosion tapes are recommended to use for steel and ductile iron pipes.
For corrosion protection of oil, gas, petrochemical, and waste water underground or overhead pipelines. Product description: Construction: two-layer system Adhesives: butyl rubber. Backing: special blend of stabilized polyethylene.
