Dfb80-50-240 High Pressure Vertical Dfb Type Single Stage Centrifugal Force Water Pump

The stator cooling water pump DFB80-50-240 plays an important role in the generator, circulating cooling water to the stator winding of the generator. The water pump adopts a centrifugal pump structure, which sucks water into the pump through the action of rotating impellers and throws it out at high speed, forming a certain amount of water flow to take away the heat generated by the stator winding and provide good cooling effect for the generator winding.

The DFB80-50-240 stator cooling water pump also adopts advanced structural design and a thin oil lubricated bearing system to improve the reliability and durability of the pump. Meets international standards and is suitable for conveying various media, including clean or micro particle containing, neutral or corrosive, low or high temperature media.

In order to ensure the continuous and reliable operation of the generator, DFB80-50-240 stator cooling water pump is equipped with two pumps, one as the working pump and the other as the backup pump. When the working pump malfunctions, the backup pump will automatically start to ensure a continuous supply of cooling water to prevent equipment damage caused by excessive stator temperature.
