Floatvalve FY-40 is a valve used in the sealing oil system of steam turbine generators, mainly used to control the inlet and outlet flow and liquid level of oil. It adopts a floating ball lever actuator and hydraulic amplification adjustment piston, achieving automatic control and adjustment of lubricating oil through the buoyancy and hydraulic pressure of the floating ball.
Function:
The main function of the floating ball valve FY-40 is to control the inlet and outlet flow and liquid level of lubricating oil to ensure the normal operation and lubrication of the generator bearings. It can automatically sense the changes in lubricating oil level and adjust the switch status of the oil inlet as needed, thereby controlling the supply of lubricating oil and avoiding excessive lubricating oil entering the bearings, causing waste and unnecessary loads.
Structure:
The floating ball valve FY-40 is composed of a floating ball lever actuator and a hydraulic amplification adjustment piston. The left area of the piston is greater than the right area, and the inlet pressure oil enters the left chamber of the piston through the small hole on the left, causing the right part of the piston to tightly press against the sealing surface of the opening. The valve plug follows the stroke of the needle plug and opens the oil discharge port to control the liquid level of the oil tank or container.
