The HSNS210-42 screw pump is an advanced positive displacement low-pressure rotor pump, which is an essential hydraulic delivery pump for the sealing oil system of steam turbine generators. It is widely used for conveying liquid media with good lubrication and no solid particle impurities, including various fuel oils, hydraulic oils, mechanical oils, turbine oils, and heavy oils. Structure:
The structural design of the HSNS210-42 screw pump is ingenious, including one active screw (main rod) and two driven screws (slave rod). These screws mesh with each other through the assembly of the shaft sleeve, which is installed inside the pump body. The two ends of the pump are equipped with key components such as front and rear covers, bearings, machine seals, and bearing seats, which together form the foundation of this efficient conveying system.
Fuction:
The functions of the HSNS210-42 screw pump are distinct and diverse. During the operation of the pump, the active screw rotates under the drive of the prime mover, thereby driving the driven screw. After the liquid medium is introduced into the pump suction port, it uniformly and continuously enters the sealing chamber along the axial direction of the screw. Due to the formation of a sealing chamber from the screw at a certain length of the meshing spiral surface, the volume of the sealing chamber does not change during movement, thus achieving stable and non agitated transportation of the liquid medium.
Working Principle:
The working principle of HSNS210-42 screw pump: This pump is based on a combination of screw profile sealing and screw motion. The rotation of the driven screw eliminates the need for synchronous gears, making the system more simplified. The product adopts a shaft seal in the form of a skeleton oil seal, and the bearing structure is built-in, which is lubricated by the conveying medium. The pump can be driven by an electric motor or other prime mover through a coupling, and usually a squirrel cage three-phase asynchronous motor is chosen as the driving motor.
