The emergency shutdown solenoid DF2025 (Emergency Shutdown Solenoid) is a critical device used in the steam turbine system, aimed at ensuring the safety of equipment and personnel. It achieves emergency shutdown through electrical interruption and quickly cuts off the fuel supply or airflow to the turbine system in case of an emergency.
Structure:
The emergency stop electromagnet DF2025 is composed of an electromagnet, a bracket, etc. Its working principle is that after receiving an electrical shutdown signal, the control circuit activates the electromagnet to generate magnetic force. This magnetic force in turn operates critical valves or devices to quickly cut off the fuel or steam supply to the turbine system. This can prevent further development of fires, explosions, system failures, or other emergency situations, and protect the safety of equipment and personnel.
In order to ensure that the electromagnet can quickly eliminate magnetism, the emergency stop electromagnet DF2025 specially selects materials with fast demagnetization characteristics. When the electromagnetic iron is energized, it will have magnetism, but after the power is cut off, the magnetism will immediately disappear, thus achieving emergency unit trip.
