It is widely used for the automatic filling from 80-1000ml in agrochemical, chemical, fertilizer, personal care products, oil and other related industries.

 

2. The filling unit uses piston off structure, it can completely discharge the product in the tank, effectively avoid the cross-contamination. This structure also makes the sealing ring changing easier.

 

3. The latest PTFE sealing parts improves the wear resistance and service life, reducing the maintenance cost.

4. Filling system uses ESG integral casting pneumatic controlled three-way angle valve, the valve material is SUS316, The three-way valve has the advantages of simple structure, stable performance, reliable sealing, no product leakage for a long time, saving maintenance costs. German industrial standard DIN EN 12266 Class A leak-proof, Good Sealing to ensure accuracy.

 

 

 

5. It uses high standard professional filling valve with fast filling speed and high filling accuracy. The valve body uses SUS316, with good corrosion resistance, durability and long service life. The special bottom structure and sealing design can achieve no leakage. Filling valve adopts bottom-sealing structure to avoid residue in connection thread and valve sealing part, which is easy for cleaning and can effectively reduce residue.

6. Jinwang uses PLC control, servo motor drives the synchronous belt+stable operated double screw rod lifting structure to make sure the high precision of piston movement and filling.

 

7. The motor drives the filling nozzles. Filling nozzle height can be adjusted in the touch screen.

 

8. Filling head quick adjustment and equipped with calibration mark, adjustment without tools, convenient and fast. Air pipe and photoelectric are label with name, which is convenient maintenance and repair.

 

9. Electric scale weight feedback system, volume adjusting can be done by pressing one key in the touch screen. (Optional function)

10. The whole machine uses the frame of Stainless Steel 304 that with perfect anti-corrosion effect. The stainless steel cover and the toughened glass door prevent the dirty air during filling from polluting the environment. Meanwhile, dimension Φ120mm exhaust outlet reserved on the top of the filling lancers which connected to the induced draught system for exhausting gas.
