Application:
It is used for the recovery and separation of minerals such as rock gold, alluvial gold, tin, tungsten, iron, titanium, zircon, tantalum, niobium, and other metal ores, particularly for fine and ultra-fine grained individual metal particles.
D gold centrifugal concentrator is a type of centrifugal beneficiation equipment suitable for recovering free gold from rock gold, alluvial gold, and polymetallic ores, replacing mercury plate operations. It is an ideal choice for dry land or river sand gold and rock gold mining equipment
High Recovery Rate: The recovery rate of placer gold exceeds 99%; for rock gold with a grinding particle size less than 0.074mm, the recovery rate of free gold can reach over 98%.

The gold discharge cycle for rock is 1-4 hours, and for placer gold it is 4-8 hours
The motor passes through the belt to drive the hollow shaft to rotate the drain pan(cone) troughs at high speed,the mineral material passes the feeding port into it, the mineral material is strengthened under the centrifugal action, and the heavy mineral stays in the drain pan slot . The light mineral is discharged by the tailing outlet, and after backflush water, the concentrate is discharged from the concentrate outlet. and then next cycle operation.
