Product Description:
The temperature control system from Shandong Zhifeng Transformer Co., Ltd. comprises a temperature controller and a PTC temperature measuring element positioned at the top end of the low-voltage winding, the hottest spot in the product. This setup enables precise temperature measurement and control of the transformer. In case of high winding temperature due to overload or faults, the temperature controller triggers an alarm signal and automatically trips when the temperature exceeds the safe limit. For transformers utilizing forced air cooling, the temperature controller regulates the cooling fan based on the winding temperature.
The temperature display system shows the hot spot temperature of the winding in real-time and can be used in conjunction with the temperature control system. Both systems can be installed at a distance from the transformer body, with the temperature measuring element's lead wire length specifications as follows:
