Q: How can I order?
A:Ask us for a quotation → Inform us of the usage scenario → Receive our product model recommendation → Negotiate the details → Sign a contract/deposit → Arrange for production → Goods are ready → Delivery → Further cooperation.
Q: How about a sample order?
A: We can provide prototypes to try out, but a deposit is required. Please be assured that this can be credited against the purchase price when you formally place your order.
Q: Which mode of transportation is available?
A: We usually use sea transportation, sometimes we also transport by rail. If you have special route requirements, you can also contact us.
Q: How long for delivery [production] and shipment?
A: Delivery time depends on the quantity you order. It usually takes 14 working days.
