KDJD-A SF6 density relay tester is an intelligent and automatic SF6 density relay calibration instrument. This instrument adopts single cycle instruction microcomputer technology, with a running speed 10 times faster than ordinary microcontrollers. It can perform on-site verification of SF6 density relays with pointer type contact output and intelligent current output, and use interrupt mode to capture the real-time action of the density relay. Therefore, the instrument measures more accurately and timely.
This instrument is a portable calibration device used for standard conversion of pressure under SF6 gas ambient temperature. It can also automatically calibrate SF6 density and pressure gauges.

1. Adopting a 32-bit ARM microcontroller and TI's high-speed signal processing chip for detection and control, with a high degree of integration. The relay calibrator adopts an analog-to-digital hybrid single cycle high-speed microcontroller as its core, which has abundant resources, strong data processing capabilities, mechatronics design, high accuracy, good repeatability, high reliability, and high precision.
2. Automatically complete pressure measurement and 20 ºC value conversion, thus achieving dynamic automatic compensation between pressure and temperature. And display the pressure at the tested ambient temperature, the pressure at the ambient temperature of 20 ºC, and the ambient temperature. Thoroughly solved the problem of difficult on-site calibration of SF6 gas density relays.
3. The instrument testing process is automatically completed by the instrument without manual intervention, and can automatically calibrate pointer and electronic density relays.
4. The initial state of the 1-3 sets of contacts of the density relay is normally open or normally closed, and the response and recovery values of the 1-3 sets of contacts can be measured simultaneously. Therefore, this instrument can adapt to the automatic calibration of new and old forms of density relays.
5. The instrument pipeline adopts imported quick connectors, which consume less gas during the calibration process, do not waste SF6 gas, have low testing costs, do not pollute the environment, are easy to connect, and have a low leakage rate.
6. The internal components of the instrument are imported components with reliable performance and clock function, which can correct the clock in real time. High precision pressure sensors and magnetic fluid technology products are used.
7. The instrument is equipped with various imported switch transition connectors, and the density relays of most models of switches can be verified on site without disassembly. Suitable for all transition joints (including currently major imported switches and domestically produced switches).
8. The instrument has a self calibration function. After prolonged use, the instrument can be calibrated and corrected to ensure its calibration accuracy.
9. The instrument can calibrate the normal temperature pressure gauge and density gauge at ambient temperature.
