MCHT30- MCHT500 Series complete rice milling plant is a complete plant which can process paddy 30 tons to 500 tons per day, after our company 30 years improvement, it is easy to operate and output is high, also the power consumption is low. We can make it as per customer's special request, for example we make the whole plant controlled by PLC computer system, and realzie highly automatic production.
Combined with water mist polishing machine, color sorting machine, automatic weighing and packing machine, it can produce high quality rice which can meet high quality request.

It is a new generation rice milling plant for processing raw paddy from cleaning rough impurities such as leaves, straws and more, removing stones and other heavy impurities, husking the grains into rough rice and separating rough rice to polish and clean rice, then grading the qualified rice into different grads for packaging.
This rice milling plant has reasonable in structure, stable performance with high efficiency
Also it is easy to maintain and operate, also the broken rice ratio is low.
