The desiccant dryer filling sealing machine combines desiccant spring caps Automatic sorting,feeding,desiccant dryer gel filling into caps,cardboard hot sealing,NG cap detect & Rejection,counting functions in one line
Cap Feeding SystemAutomatic vibrator feeders for sorting caps to be upwards and feeding caps into conveyor,then taken by indexing plate in the main transmission system.
Desiccant Dryer Automatic desiccant separator filling desiccant into caps in certain quantity.
Cardboard inserting
Vacuum suction taken 4 cardboard at one time and insert into caps.
Cardboard inspection
Four color sensor detect if there are cardboard inside caps or not,and auto reject the caps without cardboard inserted.
8,Outlet and packing
All qualified filling sealing caps goes into outlet conveyor,counter counting and fall into packing box.
