The machine adopts two vertical grinding wheels to grind springs put on feeding plate which pass through two grinding wheels. Feeding speed of upper grinding wheel can be adjusted. Through manual feeding mode or automatic feeding mode spring can get the preset height,you can obtain the greatest capacity of grinding according to the pressure. 1) For the trandition machine, they use the normal motor, which transfer the signal by encoder,so there will be some errors. But for servo motor, it can greatly help tp avoid such problem. 

2)Servo motor control is more easy to operate, you can see the program on the operation screen more friendly. 

3)When machine on, the SMC logo on the machine will light on, and if anything happens, it will turn to red.You can see the situation from long distance. 

4)New cooling system, which can greatly help to remove the heating energy in time  to avoid any possible burnt.
