Product Description
1.This unit is designed for small fish meal processing plants,with low investment and quick results.Steaming,pressing,and drying are integrated.Using a steam boiler for heating.
2.The spiral feeding machine,steaming machine,and pressing machine all use variable frequency speed control motors,which can freely adjust the feeding and spindle speed of the steaming machine to meet the production process adjustment requirements when the type and size of raw materials change,thereby ensuring a uniform and continuous steaming process.
3.Installed power:50.4kw
4.Raw material processing capacity:500kg raw fish/h.
5.Manual:It can be easily operated by one person.
Crush the raw materials first, reduce the size of the materials,and facilitate fast and even cooking.The materials enter the cooking process to ripen and sterilize the materials.The ripened materials are then pressed and degreased to achieve the degreasing effect.The pressed cakes are then dried in a steam dryer,and under the action of the stirring teeth,the materials are fully dried,resulting in the finished product.The oil-water mixture is extracted from the press and collected using a heated precipitation separation method.
The waste gas generated during the production process is condensed through a condensing device and then subjected to photocatalytic deodorization.The deodorization effect meets the national emission standards for odor pollutants issued in 1993 (GB14554-93) and the comprehensive emission standards for atmospheric pollutants issued in 1996 (GB16297-1996).
