Product Description
Stator: The stator core punching plate is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with high magnetic conductivity and low loss, above 470 degrees; The stator core with winding is subjected to VPI vacuum pressure impregnation treatment to form a complete whole. The winding and insulation have good electrical, mechanical, moisture-proof performance, and thermal stability.
The insulation level of the motor is F level, but the temperature rise limit is assessed according to B level, with a large temperature rise margin and a long service life.
Rotors: The rotor core punching also uses high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with high magnetic conductivity and low loss. The cast aluminum rotor is fixed on the shaft using a hot sleeve process, and various effective consumption reduction measures are adopted during the processing of the rotor. The rotor has undergone dynamic balance correction, ensuring smooth operation and low vibration of the motor.
Junction box: With excellent explosion-proof performance, there is a large cavity inside the box for easy wiring. The wiring methods are divided into rubber sleeve cable and steel pipe wiring, making one or two wiring ports. The junction box cavity and the main cavity of the machine base are threaded explosion-proof structures. The junction box is located at the top of the electric motor and can be wired in four directions: front, back, left, and right.

The frame adopts a vertical and horizontal parallel heat sink structure, which is beautiful and generous, and has good heat dissipation.

Wind hood: The wind hood is a steel plate structure with ventilation holes of 8mm x 8mm square holes, providing a large ventilation area while preventing foreign objects of a certain size from entering. So as to ensure smooth air flow, beautiful appearance, good rigidity, and a protection level of IP20

In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the motor, the position of the non-stop oil injection device is considered in the structure of the motor with a center height of 160-225 base numbers. Motors with a center height of 250 and above base numbers can be equipped with a non-stop oil injection device.
