Outdoor Wood Furnace Water to Air Copper Tube Aluminium Finned Heat Exchanger
This unit is a Water to Air Heat Exchanger for use in your hot air plenum of your existing forced air furnace.
This unit is most commonly used in conjuction with an outside wood furnace to transfer heat into your existing forced air system.
It can also be used with any other source of hot water such as a boiler to create hot air. This exchanger is for use with ANY outdoor
wood stove. And also features quality aluminum fins with seamless copper tubes.

The Chilled water cooling coil can also be used as a stand alone heat source by simply attaching a fan or squirrel cage to one side of the unit. They can be installed in either the hot air side or the cold air return of a furnace. Please note that if
installed in the cold air return you will need to install a 3 way zone valve in order for the fan to operate properly.
* Usage For boilers, outdoor installed wood furnaces, composition of stoves
* Materials as bellow:
Tube coil: 3/8" seamless copper (3row)
Plate fin: Aluminum foil thickness: 0.13-0.2mm
Core housing: Galvanized steel
Header: 1" ID Copper
* Structure: (1)pull and expanded type (2)slant inserting type
* Key process :prepare the material→starving tube and shaping→inserting fins and enlarging tube→ leakage test→keeping pressure→packing
* Performance (1)Surface treated with powder coating to prevent corrosion (2)inner cleanness (3) Can satisfy the cooling
capability requirements of the designed refrigerator.
* Producing capability 6 million sets per year
