The X-treme padel track was designed by Mejorset engineers to provide maximum visibility, aesthetic design, and resistance to strong winds, tropical winds, and hurricanes. This track can withstand gusts of up to 265 kilometers per hour and has been certified by institutions in the United States and Europe. This track has a special anti-corrosion bottom layer and Magnelis steel bars, which are very suitable for strong wind areas, especially for Central American countries such as the United States and Mexico, as well as Oceania such as Australia.
- The courtyard shell is composed of self-supporting structures in structural pipes, enclosed and anchored with two upper and lower peripheral rings made of structural pipes. The upper ring has a size of 350x250x6 and can withstand winds up to 265 km/h (165 mp/h). The lower ring is made of 2.5 mm Mejoset type structural plates. It is made of galvanized steel, zinc impregnated, and coated with C5 certified baked polyester epoxy resin.
The size of the galvanized welded mesh is 50x50x4 mm, and there are no protrusions when delivered. The frame is made of structural plates with a thickness that meets the specifications, with 2 horizontal pipe beams to prevent buckling (to prevent the structure from bending under weight). The horizontal middle column in the 100x50x3 mm pipe is also used to fix the frame.
Glass
Approved 12mm tempered glass installed on 5mm chloroprene rubber to reduce vibration and damage.
The manufacturing of this tempered glass adopts standardized production processes and complies with the UNE EN 12150-1 standard.

In the event of breakage, tempered glass will break down into small fragments and will not cause serious cutting or tearing injuries, such as the sharp edges of small annealed glass fragments.
