Product Feature:
The angle processing line APM2020B punching force is 1100 KN. The angle line machine larger punching force can ensure better punching quality. The structure of punching and shearing unit is changed, the machine's rigity is improved .
1. The angle punching machine cutting force is 1800 KN. The larger cutting force, the better cutting quality. The type of chain with block used for transverse conveyor is larger, the loading ability of the transverse chain is improved.
2.The angle punching and cutting machine rotary device is directly driven by reduction box.
3.The cnc angle machine transmission is more steady.
4.The carriage clamp rod can move up and down through motor via ballscrew, guided by lineal guideway.
This angle line machine carriage clamping device is moving more steady.The size square iron pipe is enlarged to make it strong.
The structure of the upper and nether clamp is changed which improves the rigidity of the clamp and clamping rod.
