Product Description:
This labeling machine is used for labeling pre filled syringes.
Labeling process analysis: upper kit → rotary bar → laser coding → coding inspection → labeling → labeling inspection → removal of non-conforming products/output of qualified products to the next process.
1. The needle tube is manually poured into the storage box, and the automatic lifting material tray is fed into the turntable slot through the feeding track. The divider drives the turntable to rotate one workstation.
2. Enter the rotary lever position, the push rod passes through the vibration plate, and the straight vibrator reaches the clamp. The rotary tube mechanism drives the needle tube to rotate, and the cylinder group pushes the push rod into the needle tube.
3. Enter the labeling station, and the labeling mechanism drives the needle tube to rotate. The labeling head peels off a label, and the labeling mechanism tightens the label onto the needle tube.
4. Enter the cutting station, the cylinder pushes the needle into the cutting groove, and the product is cut through the cutting groove.
Functional structure introduction:
1) Loading mechanism: docking with the front station process, the needle tube slides into the turntable through the loading groove;
2) Rotary mechanism: Rotate at equal angles to drive the needle tube through various processes.
3) Vibration plate: push rod automatic feeding;
4) Rotary mechanism: The push rod automatically separates materials, and the rotary mechanism sends the push rod into the needle tube;
5) Coding and labeling mechanism: automatic coding, automatic peeling of labels;
6) Labeling agency: Tighten the label onto the needle tube;
7) Cutting mechanism: automatically pushing the needle tube into the cutting groove for cutting;
8) Electric control box: Unit for integrated layout of electrical components;
9) Outer cover: a device protection unit that plays an important role in human-machine isolation and protection;
10) Human computer interface: a human-machine dialogue window where you can set and modify device operating parameters and other functions.
