I.Brief Introduction
Circuit Breaker Contact Resistance Tester is mainly used for measuring contact resistance and loop resistance of switching control equipment, designed with High frequency switching power supply technology and digital circuit technology combined . The loop resistance can be directly measured at the current of 100A and 200A. The test results displayed on large LCD screen, with functions of data storage, output printing, time setting , etc .
The contact resistance of switchgear increases due to the oxidation of contact surface and poor contact fastening, etc. In the case of large current flow, the temperature of contact point rises, which accelerates the oxidation of contact surface and further increases the contact resistance. If it continues, serious accidents will occur. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the contact resistance regularly with loop resistance tester .
II. Main Features
1.Available to output large current continuously , effectively breakdown oxidation film on switch contact.
2.Even under severe interference condition, the last bit of data can be stable within ±1 word .
