Product Name: YR3 Series 55 KW 75 KW 90 KW 110 KW Slip Ring Induction Motor.

YR3 motor is wound rotor three phase asynchronous motor with wound rotor. The power levels and installation dimension of the electric motor meet the IEC international standard. The enclosure protection class is IP54/P55 and the cooling model is IC411 with continuous operation system (S1). These motors apply to cleaner natural sites excluding combustible, explosive and corrosive gas.

YR3 series wound rotor slip ring induction motor can provide relatively strong starting torque under relatively weak starting electric current, and the speed can be adjusted within certain scope. They can be widely applied to:
(1) where starting torque needs to be larger than squirrel cage rotor motor; 
(2) the capacity of the feeder line is not adequate to start the squirrel cage rotor motor; 
(3) the starting period is relatively long with relatively frequent starting;
(4) it needs small range speed control;
(5) lined as "electric axis" to be the occasion of synchronous drive and so on, such as winch, elevator, drawing machine, compressor, ball mill, sugar mill, crusher, winch, transmission band and other mechanical equipments that need to start with heavy load and operate excessively in a short period. 
This series of motor has features such as high efficiency, large amount of overload, low noise, low vibration, reliable structure, elegant appearance and so on, which is especially suitable for export, and it can be supported and exchanged with import equipment. This series of electric motors are updated products which are used to substitute JR, JR2, JR3 and other old series of wound rotor motors, and are ideal products to reduce energy consumption, improve the technique level and running reliability of supportive mainframe.

YR3 wound rotor slip ring asynchronous induction motor adopts level F or H insulation, with a rated voltage of 380V (which can also be 660V) and a rated frequency of 50Hz. Its stator adopts △ connection (and Y connection when it is 660V), and its rotor adopts Y connection. Construction and installing form is IMB3 (motor base with footing, end cap without flange, horizontal type). Outlet method: the H160-315 are side outlet; H355-450 are top outlet.
