Material Characteristics

Main features of PETG
1. Thermoforming performance
PETG sheets are easy to produce products with complex shapes and large tensile ratios. Moreover, unlike PC board and impact modified acrylic, this board does not need to be pre-dried before thermoforming

PETG is a copolymerized modified version of PET (polyethylene terephthalate) by introducing cyclohexanedimethanol (CHDM) to replace part of the ethylene glycol monomer, destroying the crystallization of PET and making it an amorphous polymer.
